Contractor State License #934021 |
|
Monthly NEWSLETTER |
|
The first week of January started out great, leads where coming in, appointments where made, and estimates where sent out. In response the estimates where not within the customers budget. I understand how difficult it can be finding the right contractor that’s within the budget. Quality is important and I hope that was taken into consideration. If you are looking for interior work to be done in your home, email me to set up an appointment. Now is a good time to start looking at replacing your interior doors, install new casing, or have crown moulding installed. |

1. Study up — Find out about license and insurance requirements for contractors in your state. And before you call a contractor, know the model of your current system and its maintenance history. Also make note of any uncomfortable rooms. This will help potential contractors better understand your heating needs. 2. Ask for referrals — Ask friends, neighbors, and co-workers for contractor referrals. You can also contact local trade organizations for names of members in your area. |

At Herrick Construction we are doing what we can to reduce the amount of paper being used.
We are looking into E-Signing. Our customers will not have to print the paper work. They will be able to read and then sign using their desktop, laptop, or handheld device with no additional cost. |
